1.  To create a Wordpress Blog on your GoDaddy Host account you need to first log in to you hosting account.  Most users can skip the next section explaining how to login.

To do this go to http://www.godaddy.com and click Hosting and then click My Hosting Account from the dropdown menu. Then, type in your username and password and click  secure login. Once you are in your account, click manage account which is located beside the domain you want to be associated with WordPress.  Your hosting account will popup and you will need to enter the username/password for your hosting account.

2. Now that you are in your hosting account, you need to find the Content tab and click Go Daddy Hosting Connection located at the very bottom.

3. Once you are on Hosting Connection you will click on the Blogs tab on the left menu.

4. Then select Wordpress and click INSTALL NOW!.

5. Select the domain and click continue

6. Setup database- enter a database password

7. Choose Install Directory- located the subdomain or folder you would like to install WordPress to.

8. Configuration – enter your username and password that you will use to login to the WordPress interface. as well as your email and blog title (which you can change later).

9. Click Finish and wait for GoDaddy to create the WordPress Blog for you, which usually takes only a couple of hours.

*This is only if you pay for your GoDaddy Host, if you are on a free GoDaddy host you need to download WordPress and install it manually to your directory.  These directions work for both Linux and Windows operating systems.
